"Wouldn’t send admin fee back, after decided not to go with the process took a while for a response after I repeatedly asking about the apartment. Later a leasing agent informed me that I couldn’t get the fees back after responding before closing time, so please get clarification before going with these apartments. A waste of money that they basically got to keep for themselves"

"This is the WORST apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The staff are unorganized and give out false information regarding the condition of the apartments. They also fail to inform incoming residents or mislead them regarding crucial information of how the apartments are managed. They will also overlook issues and complaints brought to them to save money or make more. Very horrible conditions here at Renew Andrews, Midland location, would not recommend anyone to live here."
