"I've been living here at Summerhill for about 14 months now and this is the best apartment complex so far. Management is extremely helpful and understanding never in your business or harassing you in any way and if something wrong in your apartment maintenence is there with a smile to fix it."
"My water heater stopped working & they had maintenance over within 10 min. He changed my air filter out as well AND my batteries in my smoke detectors. Thank you management!"
"Worst apartments ever!!! Do not waste your money here. The only good thing about this place is the nice maintenance guy. He is hard working and does everything himself. I gave a 30 day notice of moving out after signing a year lease because i had a home built the manager said it was fine and just pay the month i would be there. After moving out she calls me and says it didn't matter about the 30 day notice and took my $850 dollar deposit plus the $300 of overage i had paid. And when you call and ask for the owner's number you get nothing. Also the manager has guys sitting in her office all the time and is always rude. I was there for 4yrs and went through 9 apartments manager. Do not rent from here."
"Avoid. Took them months to get rid of the roaches when we first moved there. I just now received the incorrect amount of my deposit in July when I moved out in March. It was a hassle and very unprofessional. They had quoted me the amount they owed me they still charged me my roommates pet cleaning fee. At this point I just don't even care anymore because I am so sick of dealing with them. More apartments are opening up in the Midland area so this shouldn't even be a last resort."
"Don't let the pictures of this place fool you. The management doesn't care about you or bother to clean the apartments before renting it out. My family member just arrived to find their apartment place dirty, broken appliances, stains on the carpet, and dust matted on the floor boards. The apartment manager was rude, unprofessional, and down-right unpleasant. This place is money hungry...they run it by their own rules, no accountability for their actions, and they lied to my family members about the contract agreement. Stay away from this complex!!!!"
