"Customer service was phenomenal but if you have higher standards of living this is not the place. Older and very small complex. Many apartments need repairs inside and outside. I needed somewhere to live and fast and Miss Shayanne saw to it I did."
"Ever since Maria and Weldon left,living there has not been the same,There is no on sight management,when ever the dumpsters are full there is trash scattered everywhere every week,the tenants never pick up after their pets so flies are a problem.These apartments are very out dated so don't expect to get your deposit back,once they re-paunt,clean the carpet and fix whatever else is wrong,you're lucky to get back less than half of your deposit,their people living there that's not supposed to so good luck with finding a parking spot,and after a tenant committed suicide here,it seem like their were just random shootings going on in the parking lot at times,I will never rent from Weidner properties again unless Weldon is the manager,he gets the job done"

"We just moved in to these apartments and they are a great community to live in Lily has been nothing but great helping and making our moving process so easy I recommend these apartments"
"So i signed docs on 29 of March didn't move in the the 2nd of April and my dishwasher had prior tenants utensils in it. New carpet was installed but the carpet on the staircase is falling apart i did notify management and i still haven't received my carport garage door opener"
