"I have lived here for 6 months and wish I never moved in. Have to give a star but deserve no stars. I have to run an extension cord from my kitchen to power my living and dinning room. Management is horrible. Apartments are not move-in-ready. The grounds are full of stickers. Buildings have wires exposed. Apartments are full of roaches. These apartments are worse than a project apartment complex."

"Horrible absolutely will not recommend this place. If you like living with bugs and foul smells with crack heads everywhere looking through your stuff or the so called “maintenance” they have is horrible lived here for about a year with nothing fixed. Management is terrible caught them in so many lies. They will be seen in court for having fecal matter come out of my toilet all over my apartment with no urgency to get it fixed I had to fix it myself with my money they will even block your number so you can’t call them & refuses to give cooperates number. I have had enough and I’m fed up. Even been threaten by one of managements goons. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! YOU WILL GET ROBBED"

"I live at the spectrum apartments owned by Mosaic Apartments maintenance people break the water pipes the flood people apartments they take a very long time fixing things it took them 6 months to fix my garbage disposal the pool always looks very dirty they don't want you to used their laundry room it's always lock they are very rude I moved in on a special all bills paid now they changed that can't wait to move I don't recommend you live here sometimes water be off for 3days it's sucks here"

"This place is a joke! Old management AND new management is disrespectful, unprofessional, and not qualified to manage anything. If you do decide to move into this place KEEP A RECORD of all rent payment. They WILL try to scam you, luckily i keep a record of all payments so when they tried the scammer stuff on me i was able to catch them in a lie and the new manager got so defensive and angry after i showed her my rent proof. She threatened not to have maintenance fix my broken appliances. They are so prideful and under qualified. I can’t wait for my lease to be up. Pay the extra $100 and get yourself a decent rental."

"These apartments are not up to living conditions I can’t speak for everyone but as for my mom, she has lived here for a year I have encouraged her to not renew her lease due to unprofessional behavior from the maintenance staff and the lacking of proper management. Pest control has not been to my moms apartment at all she’s lived with mice the whole year ( multiple reports made) and they have now worsened. Maintenance issues such as her bathroom pipes and more and I have called and reported this cause 1 it’s long overdue and 2 it is downright ridiculous. Do better and treat your tenants better especially those who make sure they pay their rent they deserve better living conditions."
