"Do not live here they are liars and will give you a tour of a "decent" apartment and then give you one with alot of stuff wrong and have to many rules and will make you pay huge utility bills base on the whole complex water for 180$ and th3 parking is a joke never any spots half the time i have to park down the street"
"We’ve been living for exactly 2 yrs and it is a really nice place. Oldie but goodie, fair on the price on my 3b2b. I just wish they had washer/dryer inside the apartment. Surroundings are always clean and maintenance gets everything fix when I have something going on my apartment. Office Staff Kennedy and Lizeth are very nice, always with the door open to listen and have a lot of patience when I go to inquire something. Very caring and empathetic staff."
"Absolutely love being apart of this beautiful community. I just moved in and it’s so peaceful and comfortable. I 1000% recommend. Lissette is such a sweetheart and super respectful. She really helps the moving in process a breeze!"
"Just moved here and Kennedy and Lissette were super sweet and welcoming! Very helpful to us and making sure we have everything we need, they have told us if we need anything to let them know! I love the apartment it’s very cozy and spacious for a 2 bedroom. It’s very well kept up with and maintained all around. Love this so far and glad to be able to call ReNew Scotsdale home. These apartments are nice and affordable and have everything you need."
