The Oasis at Pavilion Park Apartments

"Wish I could give this place zero stars. I’ve been here less than two weeks, and I would NOT recommend living here. I’ve already had to have a maintenance request about my dryer that is broken. And it still has not been fixed or replaced. The walls, baseboards, and floor were scratched up/dented. The dishwasher provided smells like it’s connected to the sewer and smells terrible. I can’t even open it without it smelling the whole apartment. Sure, the apartments look nice, but it’s a huge façade with what lies beneath. Do NOT recommend. I will be providing my notice and will be leaving soon. Thanks."

"I have called numerous times to reach no answer, i had to leave work and actually show up to see about an apartment. When arriving the lady Maria was nice but made it seem like i was more of a bother that i was there. I needed answers to my questions and she said i had to pay the money first. She sent me a link to submit my application, AFTER paying over $200 for deposit and app fee, i got an email and to my concern it was for the wrong unit!!! I called Maria more than 3x to no answer, even emailed and still no reply. Again, had to show up there on a Saturday to let her know that the application link she sent me applied me for a bigger unit, she said there wasn't anything she could do about it and that i would have to email someone else, i proceeded to do so just for those people to tell me that Oasis had to fix the problem. NO ONE has called me to update me, just took my money and had no other exchange in regards to helping me with the unit i wanted. VERY Unprofessional!! Thankfully i found another apartment complex more friendly and more compassionate with helping out. Down $200 but it is what it is. Just be careful dealing with anyone here!!"

"These apartments are the best apartment I have ever lived in. Very modern and affordable apartments, I love that it comes with a built in security system and keyless entry! The maintenance is amazing too, very quick and easy to do. Everything is so convenient, wish I could live here forever!"

"There is no 24 hour emergency maintenance phone number as required by law in Midland County, my roof has been leaking for over a week completely flooding my bedroom, even after several reports maintenance has never come by to look at it. All off the amenities advertised have been "under maintenance" since long before even the older tenants moved in according to them. Valet trash sounds great, but what it really means is that every time you walk out your front door there's trash bags that have been sitting in the breezeways for days. Here you pay a premium for shoddy service, if you're lucky enough to get any service at all. Edit: the roof leaks lasted for 2 months before they were resolved. after 12 months and multiple maintenance requests I still don't have lights in my kitchen. There was a hot tub, they filled it in with concrete, after telling me maintenance on it would be finished soon (before I signed my lease of course). The pool is closed 5 days a week for maintenance. No one cleans up after their dogs so walking around the complex is impossible. For the money, you could stay anywhere other than here and have a better experience"
