They do not notify you that they are coming to fix anything so that you can leave the dead bolt unlocked. They do not follow up with you on anything! You have to bug them! Then most of the time they leave early"

"Overpriced, run down, poorly maintained, indifferent staff. Illegally withheld my deposit for 8 months. Oh and they PHOTOSHOP the pictures on their own website and PAY to REMOVE GOOGLE REVIEWS. This place is extremely run down as evidenced by my pictures. There are literally chunky layers of paint that were falling off my bedroom walls, the trim is also gunked in it. My condensation unit leaked rusty water on me in the shower until it finally broke and they replaced it. Wouldn't fix it otherwise. Broke a window the first month I was there, offered to pay for it, no one ever came to fix it. No matter how many times they said they would. I used duct tape, foil and cardboard the ENTIRE time I lived there. The windows themselves were cheap when this place was built and offer no insulation whatsoever. The apartments guzzle electricity. The siding on the buildings is rotting away, these are pictures from just my unit. Imagine the animals and insect getting in that way. And don't think spraying will do anything. Despite getting notices of spraying every few months, no one ever showed up. I worked at home during lockdown and had a ringcam. No one ever came to spray for bugs. And they got BAD, only so much you can do with so many ways into your apartment thanks to rotting siding. Guess who else didn't come? The fire inspector. I have a video of him peeking around my gate to see if I had set my extinguishers out but he never actually inspected them... During the hail storm a few years ago they got a free new roof. But when they did instead of replacing the garage roofs with sheet metal as before, they covered it with a cheap canvas, and then rerouted the old gutters that took water from the roof of the main building over the backyards and onto these garage roofs and into the alley. They rerouted ALL THE WATER FROM THE ROOF into your little backyard. So guess what happens? Your yard floods every time we get a good rain. And what else? That water goes under the door in your garage to flood your entire garage. I had everything organized but still ruined boxes and a mattress set that were in the corners, the last places to get hit by flooding. The management said they have no responsibility even though THEY REROUTED THE DRAINS! They were designed the way they were previously FOR A REASON. They don't care. The only thing management cares about is your water, electricity and air conditioning, these are the only things they must maintain so you cannot sever your lease by Texas Law. Even when my dogs were attacked by a neighbor's dog they just let roam around the property, doing its business wherever it wanted, they DID NOTHING. They didn't even talk to him about it. They promised they would give him a written warning, didn't even stop and talk to him. Why? Because that would be a confrontation and THEY DO NOT CARE. The landscaping on property is not maintained AT ALL. There is no watering, so no grass left, just weeds and dead spots. They don't pick up dog poop or enforce it so there is also poop everywhere. And I replicated the photo from their website and Google where you can tell they clearly photoshopped grass into the picture. I show you what it really looks like. Finally, when I moved out, they never sent me my deposit. I had to call back three times over 8 months to get a check and then it didn't come with the itemized deductions as required by law. I was within my right to sue after 30 days."

"I lived here for eight years. Ownership changed probably five times. The maintenance was a little lacking and the property managers they brought in could be terrible. We finally got a good manager who moved us to Brighton Court to reduce our rent (2015). Never had a real complaint except that it is all electric. Cost a lot to heat in winter months."

"I would like to start off by saying that this complex is a little older and things need to be repaired from time to time. I have been here nearly 4 years and the new maintenance staff is by far the best they have had in a while. I have had the same maintenance guy show up time after time after time not being able to repair one particular plumbing issue. That being said, I would really like to bring attention to one of the new members, Robert Hernandez. IT’S FINALLY REPAIRED!!! THANK YOU!!!! He showed a lot of pride in his work. He took the time to really look for possible maintenance issues in the near future and repaired those as well. What I liked most about Robert was that he listened to what we were experiencing. He asked us questions and made us feel part of the solution, and not like a complaining resident. He never showed a “know it all” attitude. GREAT JOB, ROBERT!!! The other new maintenance member (I don’t know his name) has done the best job on keeping the pool water clean and looking very inviting (even in these WTX dirt storms). It’s the best I have seen the pool area in years. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!"
