"You will get your water shut off every other day “due to getting stuff worked on” and I’ve been 4 days now with absolutely no hot water at all! I understand it was single digit weather day but no hot water for 4 DAYS!? I’m livid to say the least. The last two days weather has been over 20 degrees. I should have water when they expect the water bill to be paid but I go without water for 1-2 days a week every single week so about 10-14 days out of the month with no water all day but still expected to pay a $54 water bill like everyone else here because it’s a shared water boiler. I wouldn’t stay here if I would’ve known and will be leaving as soon as I’m financially able to. Also never call the awnsering service, the lady its terribly rude and treats you like you’re ignorant. 1st and last time I call them. CAN’T WAIT TO LEAVE THIS PLACE!"
"Would give zero stars if there was a option for it. If you live here here is was you can expect your water being turned off once a week. Also laundry room that also gets shut down. The bestpart of it all they will give you no warning when these things happen. They don't even answer their phones."
"I been living here for almost 6 months and I really like it, my townhouse has a backyard, fireplace and its bug free...also its very quiet and near everything, love my district school."
"Horrible place to live. Always shutting down the water for “maintenance” and sometimes they don’t even care to notify. Multiple times a week, at one point even over a week. Worried more about snitches than fixing their complex. Take over a week to fix things. Will definitely move when lease is over. Roach infested even after cleaning constantly. Only place I’ve ever lived that doesn’t fumigate."
"I've been living here for over five years and there has always been problems with the leasing office. They don't care about their tenants. It will take a week for them to fix anything. And when they finally do come they always say there's nothing wrong. I highly suggest looking elsewhere. I will surely be leaving when my lease is up!"
