"Shout out to Randy and Brad!! Our water heater blew and they were right on it! Got the water out of the garage and away from our stuff and replaced the water heater. All within maybe an hour - if that! Thank you guys sooo much! I’m a 71 yr old female and was here alone-didn’t know what to do. They were so kind and so efficient! ❤️ #2 Review: Brad came back and fixed our living room window (raining inside), and the trim to seal our back door. So awesome!! Thank you!!"
"Over inflated prices not everyone works oilfield if your on fixed income there's know way you can afford. This. For what they charge for one bed rooms they should be A lot better then what they are."
"Current resident. The apartments aren't horrible. But when my neighbor's apartment is modern and nice and sleek but then mine looks like it's clearly at least 20 years or more old one starts to wonder what the upkeep is like in this place. Also I have an apartment next to the pool which is great if you can use the pool. However it's constantly filled with teenagers or people who do not reside in the complex such as tonight. I'm sick of calling the police for noise complaints when they're at the pool until 2 o'clock in the morning screaming and partying and waking up my kids. They give out wristbands to residents for the pool but no one checks them. Management is easy to work with but maintenance in their part has been delayed at times. Repairs around the apartment appear to have been completed haphazardly. Overall location is decent and some units are nice but others aren't. Some I'd pay 2500 a month for,(like me neighbor's) others like mine I'd have a hard time paying 1500."
"Really nice layouts older apartment complex, but still nice. Very well taken care of. These apartments are pretty quiet to be located in not such a great area. I was inquiring about vacancy and found a lot of info online, but couldn’t seem to get a call back from the property’s employees, I had left messages and emails, but didn’t receive a reply."
"Loved this place. Lived here less than a year before being relocated by my company. At the time, (2016) management was great. Had nice floor plans and a nice swimming pool. Would have liked to stay here longer."
