"The apartments are OK but overpriced. The electricity bill in the summer and winter is huge (more than 4 bedroom house) due to poor insulation. There is a lot of trash and dog poop all over the property. Water is being turned off every other day. When I renewed my lease they tried to increase my rent by $300 monthly. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix problems and apartments are pretty quite."
"It’s a nice sound place to live. It’s near a safe neighborhood and the apartments are pretty well maintained. If your patient they will fix it any issues. Great place!"
"DO NOT MOVE HERE. These are the worst apartments I've ever lived in. The water turns off for multiple hours every other day bc maintenance doesn't know how to fix anything correctly. Management does not care. The resident portal is not even updated with any information, but the office will try to get you to take all your problems onto the portal. The buildings are structurally unsound. Anyone who walks around on the second floor will make the entire building shake, walls and all. This is a terrible place to live, you're much better off staying in a hospital. Or a jail."
"Maintenance sometimes get stuff fixed quickly and sometimes take forever. Also sucks that we can’t get ahold of nobody until 10am the people at the answer center most of the time don’t know what’s going on and management/office people don’t get there until 10. Was told patio was going to be redone and still waiting to see if it’ll ever happen office hasn’t even gave residents update on it."
"Advnier at the Meadows is more than just a place to live, it's a community. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the location is convenient with great access to amenities. The management team goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. It's definitely a great choice if you're looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience! Also the Leasing agents and property manager are always a treat to converse with!"
