"If you listen to any reviews please let it be this one!!! I would not recommend to anyone I know to move here. I have had a very bad experience. The management here is so awful it's like pulling teeth to get very necessary info out of them. If they mess up they won't own it or apologize, they will blame it on you. The move in special is not worth it!!! Please believe me. I do not think the bulk of these reviews are real. I think they are paying people to give reviews because all of my neighbors are as unhappy as I am!!!"

"We were hit with an arctic blast this week and of course our heater went out at 11o'clock at night. The maintenance tech, Jason, was amazing! He showed up as soon as I placed the emergency call and came back in the morning just as he said he would. He was very diligent and took pride in getting the job done. We also appreciated his concern and sense of urgency in getting our heater working again, especially with our 3 year old running around. BlueRidge is a better place with Jason as the maintenance tech. Thank you so much Jason for all your hard work! We sincerely appreciate you!"

"We just moved in and so far enjoying this place. Samantha is a good manager and all our repair requests were handled in a timely manner. Unfortunately, previous tenants were not very attentive to details, so we had dishwasher and dryer replaced during our first week of stay, and had to make minor fixes to the apt in general. But no issues or problems with that. Maintenance guys are very professional, friendly, and fast. There are no issues with parking and you don't need a permission to park outside. So far, we have nothing bad to say about the place."

"If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Worst apartments to live in. I had problems since day one. Light fixtures not working properly, kitchen sink always leaking they tried fixing it by only leaving me with just hot water no cold water. Stove burners always going out it’s uneven and old they won’t replace it. Had a dryer not working properly never got fixed. My ac is always out they won’t fix the ac unit. They tried installing window units instead. I put in orders to office management and got emailed they had been fixed but never did. Its been not just once but numerous times. It’s worst then living in the hood. It’s a nightmare. The price you pay here is not worth it. They charge for parking and for storage unit all separately. Good luck on finding parking space. Handicap parking isn’t available either the carpet cleaning company’s always park there and maintenance. State law is by parking in a disabled parking space must have a disabled person license plate or a disabled parking placard. I addressed this to the manager Jackie she said she authorized the company to park there because they were working. She said us residents can park outside of Blue Ridge if we have to if we aren’t paying for a covered space. So unprofessional. It’s over priced they are poorly maintained. Outdoor floors are overly stained it’s disgusting. They are always trashed with furniture. Don’t make the mistake I made by leasing here."
