"Sheyenne and Sidney are some of the sweetest, most helpful apartment managers I’ve ever met! From the time I moved in to the time I moved out, they’ve been absolutely wonderful. The maintenance staff is also incredible, even when they were short staffed they were always quick to respond and fix any issues I had. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and a great place to go for a walk."

"The Apartments here are old apartments. They are supposed to be non smoking Apartments which is not enforced. Lived on the bottom floor and smelled cigarette smoke continuously. Air ducts are shared. We heard every footstep of the tenants upstairs. The apartments are full of mice. Always have traps set and catching mice. The whole area is trashy. The tenants take no care in keeping things clean. The pool is closed more than it is open and is not cleaned very well. The water is undrinkable in the Apartments and smells of oil. The online pictures of this place are of when they were new many years ago. This is a rundown, beat up place. Do not make a decision on renting until you do a walk through the apartment and around the complex. Compare it to other available apartments in the area before renting this place."
