"Only in Midland Texas could they charge a crack den apartment for how much they charge monthly. When I moved in last year the walls of the apartment were stained yellow, the paint was the landlord special, painting over everything. The AC unit was leaking and the maintenance guy came out like 4 times only for me to fix it. They'll use questionable tactics if you're even a day late on a payment such as posting. Fake eviction notice. They have carpenter ants in their trees that overlook the balcony so they'll invade your apartment occasionally. I had to fix the sink trap due to some idiot using a plastic baring for cheap. Multiple areas of mold in the bathroom upon move in. The last guys music CDs were in the closet as well as other stuff in the kitchen, letting me know they didn't even clean or prepare for my move in. Update: I dont live here anymore but saw how much they are upcharging this place. A few new vinyl floors and they think they can charge 1,100 for a 1bed 1bath 720sqft apartment. People I live in Oklahoma and only pay 860 for that exact same setup. Different states I know, but come on, don't settle for this."

"Hot water was always an issue….. problems with rats.. called to get issue resolved and was always given excuses…. Had conversation with management they specified that they were mice not rats…all they did was put sticky pads and they didn’t want to come and throw them away…. constant water shut offs…. Called in about two months before lease was about to run out Brianna who I explained that I wasn’t sure what my move out day was going to be due to work said it wouldn’t be a problem.. was hoping I was going to be taken to court and now just have a collections because supposedly I only gave a 20 day notice lol…. I thought that an employee was a representative of the company I sure wish they would have taken me to court since they say calls are recorded"

"Everything is ok, just always an issue with water, either not enough water pressure. Or what I’m experiencing now is nothing but hot water coming out of the faucets. So hot hot days when you want to shower you can’t due to the fact nothing but hot water comes out on the cold setting."
