"It’s nasty very nasty!!! Moved in carpet very very very dirty, bath tub gross, around the toilet was so disgusting like it haven’t been cleaned in 3 years!!! Black n brown stuff all around the toilet!!! Every time you turn on the air conditioner it start leaking in the bathroom on the floor and in the tub. Brown stuff in kitchen wall since day one, seen a few roaches!!! Outside is so nasty makes you want to stay inside, can’t even walk my dog! I had my dog since she was 6 weeks she’s turning 3 and she never been bit by anything, never had a tick or fleas until we moved here not even safe for dogs!!!! Not a place to live for long needs to be shut down or tear down and rebuilt!!!"

"My roommate left a month before our lease was up and this was his room right before I left, the mold had grown out of control. He always complained about the corner of his carpet getting wet after heavy rain but nothing was ever done about it. Many of the neighbors are trashy and you may get stuff stolen if you leave it in front of your unit or your car broken in to."

"Overall good experience. When I moved in the apartment was clean and fresh paint was on each room. The neighbors are quiet. The Sq footage is more than enough for my single bedroom. Conveniently located close to everything you need. Deposit and fees are far less than other Apt complexes in the area. Rent is also the most reasonable compared to the other apartment complexes in the area."

"This place isn't just a dump, it's unsafe. The only saving grace is it is, so far, bug free. Otherwise, the AC is dank and smells. The carpets haven't been cleaned in decades and facade outside looks like it could fall on your head any moment. Worst of all, we have complained of mold in the walls since the first month we arrived. 6 months later, it's still here and the office is dragging it's feet and making excuses and giving collective shrugs. Avoid this place at all costs. It's not worth the price tag."

"Okay so 6 months ago I tried to rent an apartment. I did the whole walk through and the old tenants trash was still in drawers and behind the bedroom door. I was told it was move in ready and I paid for everything. The thing that made me get my deposit and back out is, that have a massive cockroach infestation! I called the front and was very polite and said my apartment needs to be looked over and sprayed for roaches and bugs. She said I can put you down for extermination 2 weeks from now. I'll admit I lost my cool after she said that. I said exactly this "what kind of apartment complex is okay with a filthy atmosphere there are roaches everywhere and mold all over the place that should not be tolerated" and the 'lovely' lady says and I quote "If the conditions are not up to par for you sir we can always find another tenant" REALLY?!?!?! The city of midland should close down this complex."
