"Had an apartment there for about 6 months. Constantly had people parking in my paid for spot and management would do nothing about it, trash would not be picked up even though it was placed outside during the correct hours, had a dog that would bark constantly preventing me from sleeping day or night. Multiple messages sent to management and nothing done about it. After nothing being done and providing all necessary documentation on me moving out and breaking my lease due to the reasons listed above they filled out my paperwork as a “skip” and said there was nothing they could do about it so they would be able to place my account for collections. Luckily I saved all emails and messages and have contacted an attorney. See ya in court, Hudson on 158!"

"Been living here about a year and things started off good, management was great. But then they had a change of management and staff and things went spiraling downhill. Complaints went unanswered, management staff was very inconsistent and inconsiderate, and after paying over half the rent and calling ahead to let them know I’d need a little time to pay off the rest, they sued me. Management here does not get anything done and they don’t care about they’re residents as they claim to. I will say though, the gentleman by the name of Bryan has really been helpful and understanding, I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff. Overall, wouldn’t recommend anyone moving in here unless it’s a last resort."

"We have had so many problems since we moved in and we have only been here 1 month. Beginning with nothing being ready for us after calling to verify we didn’t need anything else and the apartment we had selected was still under construction the day we got here on our move in date and no one called to let us know, we took what was available and have had an aunt infestation which after talking to other neighbors is a common problem in this building. Our refrigerator has not worked correctly barely keeping things cool and the freezer not freezing at all for over a week. I called and let them know last Saturday and they said they would be in Monday, didn’t show up until Friday and several follow up calls. When the maintenance man finally made it in he just switched the temperature on the knob. Nobody ever answers in the front office, it is now Sunday so the office is closed and it’s impossible to reach anyone and the freezer is blowing out hot air. We have had so many groceries go bad in the last week and a half. The front gate on the left said hardly ever opens we are forced to use the right gate and drive around the whole complex just to get home."
