"Worst apartments ever, you will not get your deposit back because they will charger you for water. Cars constantly get stole and vandalized. Look for something’s else not worth it."

"Please don’t ever move in to these apartments. It’s a scam . They overcharge for rent because the apartment s are a slum. They never fix anything. The staff is incompetent and rude . They overcharge you a bunch of nonsense fees when you move out too . I’d rather be homeless than ever live there again . The worst experience with apartment s I’ve ever had ."

"I don’t recommend this apartments at all!!!!. This apartments besides been infested with roaches they’re in really bad shape considering the price. They’re not safe to live in, my car got vandalized more than 3 times and all I got from the manager was “I apologize for the inconvenience “. There’s always people smoking weed outside and parties that end up in fights all the time . Cops get called at least once a day ! I wish I could break my lease and get out of here now!!!!!!"

"Don't even waste a phone call talking to anyone here. I lived here for a year (because I had to) and they caused me so much emotional stress I was worried about having to leave my dog to go to work. It's practically impossible to create a connection with management because they hire and fire people on a weekly basis. And those that stay for a couple weeks belittle you and are passive aggressive daily. Please do not get your self involved with them they will screw you over and overcharge you as much as they can. Unfortunately a review will not do much but they know what they've done and they need to realize they are messing with peoples lives!"

"*PLEASE READ* After staying at the apartments I can say this is the poorest, rudest, most spiteful management I have ever come across in my entire life. They went through at least 4 employees while we were working there because no one wanted to work with Jovanna and the main manager with blonde hair. They claimed the employees got promoted but that turned out to be a lie. These women will make any issues with the property PERSONAL. they will walk into your apartment without any reason so don’t even leave the top bolt unlocked (saying from experience). They violated the fair housing act numerous amounts of times. How they are still employed and in the management position is beyond me. The ac doesn’t work during the summer and don’t even bothering telling management anything. They are snarky with their remarks and think they are better than everyone and will blow you off ! I will be reporting this complex to the better Buisness bureau and will not stop there. You will never feel safe in your own home while living here and you will constantly have to deal with a terrible management staff ! Do your self a favor and look somewhere else. Plenty of properties have move in specials. Don’t make a permanent decision off a temporary deal. You will regret it at dos santos. Also look at how the “manager “ responds to all the bad reviews. That should go to show you what they truly are !"
