"Lately the complex is becoming very unsafe, people wandering late and breaking into cars and stealing parts, definitely needs to improve in security matters maybe install cameras or something, and the office will only tell you lock your stuff"

"The apartments themselves aren’t bad but lately service has been lagging. Trash has been accumulating all around the complex and parking lots. Broken sprinklers and lights on buildings have yet to be repaired. I reported the issues about 2 weeks ago and as of this writing, this issue has yet to be resolved. UPDATE: It’s the day after thanksgiving and it was reported that they would be doing repairs on the water, which they can never ever get right, again. There’s running water but no hot water. No hot water before and on thanksgiving? You have got to be kidding me. Trash still builds up around the complex and those lights I reported that have yet to be replaced, are still untouched and not fixed. THE SIMPLEST TASK IN THE WORLD THAT JUST INVOLVES A LADDER AND A LIGHTBULB CANT SEEM TO BE HANDLED BY THE CLOWNS THAT WORK HERE!!!!! And since that time, we have received new management! I’d call and complain but the people who work upfront, or at least they say they work, never ever EVER answer the phone. Even emails go unanswered! Do not believe any positive feedback that has been left prior to this review. Those people are lying. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!"

"The apartment is very conveniently located. Next to Walmart, across from Target, near gas stations and many restaurants and shops in the area, and easy access to the Loop 250 North. The buildings are relatively older (my Boss mentioned he lived here when it was brand new in the 90s) but the building quality is better than some of the newer apartments in things like soundproofing between floors. Buildings and the surroundings are well kept, well maintained and still in good condition considering its age. If there are water works to be done, it is always on Wednesdays during the day, and the office let us know in advance so we can prepare ahead. There are two pools (closed for cleanup and maintenance on Mondays), two tennis courts and a small gym with some cardio equipment for tenants use. The apartment also have two parcel lockers that makes deliveries very convenient and safe, unfortunately sometimes shipping company delivery drivers (A**z*n) were just too lazy or sloppy to make good use of this modern and cleverly thought of facility. The apartment partnered with an internet provider that provides connection with good speed. The apartment rent is reasonable, and they offer reserved parking spots and covered parking for a fee. Monthly payment is done online through a portal that rounds up all apartment related charges from rent, water, parking etc. The front office (Felicia, Tenaya, and Makayla who just left) are very nice and helpful. They are very professional and would not hesitate to assist with your requests and answer any questions you have about the apartment. Hector and his maintenance team works fast, I asked to replace an old leaky valve going to my toilet and they got it done within 1-2 days. Heather the manager was very supportive when we had issues with parcel deliveries and helped to reach out to the shipping company on our behalf. The tenants are relatively quiet and respect each other, I never heard loud music or seen misbehavior around the complex. Many families live here and they go out and enjoy the apartment amenities especially during school break. I feel safe and comfortable in this apartment, and this is home in Midland ever since I moved here early this year."
