"Very disappointed in the Nurse named “Olu” @ store 3724. I received a text that my appointment was ready & drove my sick self to the appointment. she told me to come back at 2:40 bc she was going on lunch at “12:30”. I had gone in at 12:15 so she wasn’t going on lunch just yet. Rude store #3724"
"Went there with an ear infection. I don't have insurance and that I told to the nurse who taken my details before nurse practitioner checked me. I asked her for the payment and she told me it is normally $99 and you will pay after visit. The nurse practitioner after visit instead billed my previous insurance company. When I told him that I want to pay he said he can not retrieve back the billing he sent to insurance company. He deliberately did that to charge me more. This is so unprofessional. Later on I received a $139 bill which I disputed by calling on the CVS line. Never heard back from them and now they sent it to collections. Never going back to CVS or minute clinic."
"The experience was great! We went for rapid covid test for my 5yo son. The procedure of taking the nose swab was very comfortable even for my little son. They didn't put the whole stick into the nose (in February we went to the CareNow clinic, and they put the whole stick into the nose, it was really painful even for me and my husband). But here, at Minute clinic it was totally stress free. The staff is amazing! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I'm happy that I chose the Minute clinic and this location for the covid test. Oh, I forgot to mention, that the procedure took about 2 min, and the results were ready in 10 minutes!"
