"The staff was friendly when they finally came to the front. However, it took me literally having to loudly say “Will someone please help us,” for a member of the staff to even come up to the registers. I was there to utilize the UPS Access Point feature. There was another lady who was trying to use the self checkout feature but it kept giving her an error. I went at 1030 in the morning."
"This location has been improving over the years I have been a patron there. I had stopped going- probably for a couple years- because their aisles were difficult to navigate and items were hard to access because they always had loads of boxes in many rows. At first, I thought it was just like a stocking day, but as an avid crafter, I continuously frequent stores like this and found it was a daily issue. A few months ago, we went and found the store to be totally reorganized and clean. Aisles and items were easily navigable. The only thing I don't like is that they've basically replaced human cashiers with self checkouts. No one was in the front of store as we checked out. It's not that I can't use these kiosks- it was a very easy interface and I was able to use my teacher discount and rewards on the item I bought. It's just my dislike of replacing humans with self checkouts."
"I placed an order online for a bunch of docent color sprinkles for our family's cookie decorating. It was so easy to pick up the order, even with it being a very busy weekend before the holidays."
"I didn't expect to see such a large choice in yarns that I'm unable to find at other stores. Very happy. The lady I spoke to, I think she may have been one of the managers was also very helpful and extremely nice. I'll be back."
"Found what I needed, only reason it's getting 2 stars. The only register open with a person behind it froze, and she spoke to where you could not understand her mumbling. So, I had to use self checkout. I will never highly recommend a store that mostly uses self checkout."
