"This isn't an Amazon Prime style "same day delivery" type of service, things may run late, but the owner was always upfront about the delays, and went out of his way to make up for them with extra wood. I didnt even ask or complain really, but he was eager to make things right regardless. Gave us a whole bag of chunks for smoking on top of our 1/8 cord of firewood, and we put those chunks to good use already. Wood burns well, and doesn't evaporate in 30 minutes like the firewood we were getting from Home Depot or Lowe's. A local business worth supporting."
