"They are responsive on the first appointment and great. until you put your down payment. Once you got money on the line not so much! They are uncoordinated and I had wait for months to get the doors (far beyond originally promised), more weeks to get an install scheduled, then they installed the doors but not the openers because they didn’t line up the crew. Another time they scheduled me and I waited. No show. They said they wrongly scheduled and crews were on the other side of town. I had no door opener for a while. The doors were heavy and I slammed my fingers into it trying to open and close it manually everyday. Really awful experience working with these guys. Door was scratched on delivery and I told them before install and it’s been over 6 months that they said they would fix it. Nothing done so far. Nada. Zilch. Zip. Reached out recently and was again told the person who was in charge was out of office. The waiting game continues. Now have a rubber piece on the door sagging and sent them pictures. They are supposed to have warranty on install but of course more procrastination and now no response to emails. My advice - Find someone else who says and delivers on what they say they will do. And has their stuff together. Very disappointing. I’ve spent too many hours on calls, slammed my fingers, rescheduled work meetings and wasted too much time with these guys due to their incompetence."

"Parrish was responsible for my cabinetry in my new build hired by the builder. Less than stellar workmanship. They came back once to fix the handful of issues and didn’t correct them all. They said they were coming back to fix remaining issues but then called and said, “No we’ve done all we’re going to do.” A few examples…Rather than a solid piece of wood at the top, they connected two pieces together and in a subpar way at that. Shoddy work at seams too. Cabinets not caulked where they meet wall. I had a contractor come for other work and he was shocked as he commented on the quality of the work done and undone. Overall; a rushed, mediocre job from an organization not concerned with doing work to a high standard to meet customer needs, rather a minimal standard they set for themselves so they can move onto the next job. If this is “high-end custom cabinetry” as they tout themselves, I’d hate to see mid-grade or low-end."

"Avoid this company! Poor quality and terrible customer service. Everything has been a challenge. Almost every pull was installed crooked or uneven. We've had missing parts or items ordered incorrectly. It has taken almost four months to get drawers and we still don't have all of them. Customer service people don't return phone calls. One of the service techs caused more problems when he was here. They even installed our fireplace and didn't plug it in."

"I ordered three cabinets in February which was a lot of back and forth trying to get in touch with them and interestingly, there were two price increases during the back and forth. I was told they would arrive within 30 days. That timeline turned into 6 months which I understand there are supply issues and then they arrived and I was directed to another person to schedule delivery and install. We scheduled the delivery for a Monday and install on Tuesday. Monday comes and there’s no delivery. I tried reaching the contact person and she asks if it’s okay to deliver them early so they will be there for the installers and I agree to it. Tuesday comes and nothing, no delivery, no phone calls and I cannot reach anyone or get any response to emails so I find another contact from their website. I get a call and she apologizes and is a supervisor so I feel like maybe we can get this taken care of. She says she will look into it and get back to me. She sends an email saying she’s still looking into and will call once she has an update. The cabinets are then dropped off, 2 days after the initial delivery date and I reach out to the supervisor ask about installation. She tells me they can be installed the following Monday in the AM. Monday afternoon comes and nothing so I called and sent an email with no response. I get a response on Tuesday from the supervisor stating it’s another area to handle the delivery and sends an email to the other person. I got no call or email from the other person and received a call from a gentleman stating that he’s the installer and just received the job the day prior and asks if he can come tomorrow. Assuming he ones, it will now be 8 days after the original install date. The communication is terrible and extremely disappointing especially when I had to take off time done work to be home for the install and there’s no heads up or quick response when the agreed upon appointments don’t occur. I will have taken off three days by the time this is all said and done. When I tried reaching out to speak with someone above the supervisor, it impossible to reach anyone because no one answers the phone and instead you have to enter in a persons name and instead of them answering, you get voicemail and they don’t return phone calls. I could’ve saved $3700, 3 days of PTO and all the headaches. Don’t waste your time on Parrish! I’m hoping that someone there will see my review and look into their process so that no one else has to go through this."

"Disappointed I recently remodeled my kitchen using Woodmont cabinets from Parrish. Parrish was recommended by my contractor and wanted to trust him that he knew we were getting a good deal. I had reviewed this place and thought that even though this place at time had a 2.8 rating thought that I could trust my contractor for getting a good product. This place lived up to its low rating. First of all, the process to get an appointment took a long time to get, this made me feel good like I was getting something special, it wasn’t. Once we let our sales person know what we wanted it took about two weeks before we could get a quote. We received the quote and images showing what was going where but when we wanted to make a change we had to wait 1 week for the sales person to make the change. Even if it was a simple as changing the depths of one cabinet it took one week. Our 3 changes took added an extra 3 weeks to our total project. When walking around we stated we wanted cabinets that were not builder grade and that we wanted everything to be “soft close.” The sales person with Parrish said, “don’t worry everything we sell is soft close.” I wanted soft close for the fact that once engaged it shut the drawer for you and holds it against the face. To my surprise, the most used drawer in our kitchen, the trash can, is not soft close. When you close the drawer now it bounces back open about ½ inch. I am constantly reshutting the cabinet over and over again. This was also true for the spice rack. But the most used drawer never shuts on the first time. I have asked the sales person to fix this issue based off his “everything we sell is soft close” promise and he replied with “I do my best to cover all the attributes, sometimes little things like this slip through.” I was also enticed by my contractor that I would get a 2% discount by purchasing my appliances and cabinets through Parrish. I never saw this either. Maybe that was the contractors cut for bring people to Parrish. I just never saw it. Everything I purchased at Parrish from an appliance side, where I can verify prices was at full retail. Overall, I was disappointed with the cabinets as well. I didn’t want builder grade but got it. I think I could have gotten something nicer for less money thorough home depot. Don’t let this happen to you. Don’t let important things that will matter for the rest of the time you own your kitchen or bathroom “slip through” the salesman’s mind where YOU will have to live with it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."
