"The phone calls and text are annoying. Even when you're a consistent paying customers. One reminder is fine but the repeated text and phone calls are ridiculous. Won't use rentacenter again for this reason."

"Need agreement # to set up online account and change billing info. Do not have physical agreement with me. Called Customer Service and spoke with Miles. He provided an agreement #. I repeated it back to him and he confirmed. Went back to website and entered this number with my name and got error message. Tried it 3 times."
"This location deserves absolutely NO STARS. I had a scheduled delivery Tuesday and waited all day for them to show up. I got a call Tuesday evening saying that they needed to reschedule because I didn’t answer the phone when they called. NOT ONE TIME DID THEY CALL MY PHONE! When I called the store to ask why I was rescheduled, I was told that they couldn’t complete the routes because of traffic. How is that my fault? I will be reporting this location to the BBB and corporate because this was not okay!"
