We were given 4 different delivery dates, the staff is super rude & give off the impression that we are bothering them by calling to check on our order. I spoke with Cameron, finally someone courteous and professional. He attempted to rectify the situation but here we are, over a month and we still haven't gotten two chests. That's it, TWO CHESTS!"

"Round Rock location rude. I have been buying stuff from them for years and always paid off. So I called to see if they had an item I needed and put me on hold forever and then guy with little man voice finally came on and I asked for item if available. He was rude and short and said no we don't! It's not so much they don't have it it's just the abrupt rudeness and hold time. Awful customer service. Anyway I wont be going back there again."
