"Giving a 2 for the selection and because I found what I needed. However the staff was very unfriendly and I did not feel welcome either in the store while shopping or at checkout. Had to greet the cashier myself and ask how she was doing. Everyone has their off days and I like to give the benefit of the doubt (especially as it’s my first time visiting) but looking at the other reviews it appears that this is an unfortunate theme. Won’t go out of my way to come back but if I am around I’ll likely stop by again."
"I like selling and buying clothes here. I recommend calling ahead to see if they are buying clothes before driving over there to drop off because sometimes they are not accepting drop offs because they are busy. The clothes and toys are at a good price and if you get on their texting list they send you info on upcoming sales!"
"This location is terrible. I love OUAC but over the past 3 years I have had bad experience after bad experience here. You are also at the mercy of the mood of whoever is looking at your items. More than once it was very apparent they didn't look or just picked out loose items. I have been so frustrated with this place and have had owner/staff be rude on multiple occasions due to being overwhelmed (which is not the customers' fault). I will be driving twice as long to support kid2kid"
