"Cheryl at the Pro desk is effing RUDE. I came in to purchase paint for a job from my COMPANY and she sneered about me not using cash, well yeah, it's a dang COMPANY account. Then she had a terrible attitude throughout the transaction. I will not accept her as my cashier next time. Yall need to uneff this person."

"(USED TO BE) My go to for all my DIY needs... I was told today that they will not reshake a can of paint for me, even if the paint came from their store. I have spent thousands of dollars at Lowes, and they have reshook cans of paint for me before. There was some story I was given about how they can't be sure what's in the can and it could damage their shaker (well they could open it and see it's paint) . Anyway, you know who had no problem reshaking my can of paint? Home Depot located right across the street. This is a simple, effortless service that helps out repeat customers like myself. Guess I'm going to Home Depot now. Not that it probably matters to Lowes, but there it is... no longer my "go to", sadly."

"Picked up a few items and when checking out had a nice chat with the cashier. I did comment how quickly it added up. She agreed. I did a double check on the receipt. There was an item on there that I didn't get. The item wasn't on the counter or anywhere close by. Neither of us could figure out how the item scan got onto my receipt. Taking things in stride we laughed about it and my card was credited. All in all a delightful but odd experience. Good place, good people."

"The people working here know less and less every day. We had a countertop ordered and the salesman said he would honor the military discount. It never happened. Even went to the manager and they "couldn't find our order". After chasing this 400 dollar discount we gave up as corporate wouldn't budge. Basically a bait and switch. Today was the last straw. I went in to buy two vanities and the associated pieces parts. Also grabbed some paint rollers, door stops, and a random hook for hanging up a coat. Also a whole set of hooks and toilet roll mounts and stuff for the bathroom remodel. Two parts were not available so had to be ordered. Guy in back got them entered into the system and told us to check out at the return desk because they wouldn't be able to look up "in system orders" at the self check outs (which were the only thing open). So I went to the return desk. Was snarkily told that I could check out at the self check. Explained the situation. Told to go to the self check. (There was only one guy in line ahead of me with one thing btw). Went to the self check. Low and behold I was unable to pull up the order, even with help. Back to the return desk Snarky lady wouldn't even make eye contact. Someone else helped me. Had to rescan everything but got it rung up. Asked for my military discount to be applied. Not one cent. Nothing. Asked to see a manager. Was told building materials, plumbing, and sale items were excluded from the discount. I knew I wouldn't get the discount on one vanity and the two faucets as they were on sale. But the other vanity was not on sale. Apparently that's plumbing now? Paint rollers, door stops, and one 3 dollar coat hook are building materials? Toilet paper roll holder, towel bar, and hand towel holder are now plumbing or building materials? I'd have gotten my discount on just about everything at home Depot. Guess where I'm going from now on. Lowes pays lip service to veterans and their newer employees are so poorly trained they don't even know the capabilities of their own system. Not to mention the prevailing attitude that by being there I was an inconvenience to them. They also had some sales woman walking around the store trying to sell us gutters. I'm in the bathroom aisle! What make you think I'm in the market for gutters!?!. Lowes used to be the target of big box home improvement stores. Its now at best the Walmart equivalent and quickly headed toward dollar tree status."

"Great local Lowe’s in round rock. Somewhat difficult to get to if your not a local round rock resident. Staff is very courteous, premises kept clean and organized. Lumber area was well stocked and clean. Would definitely come to this location again."
