"I’ll be honest my Experience has not been the best, despite the store manager having great customer service I’ve constantly been inconvenienced. 1st couch delivered 3 weeks ago, had a rip in the frame and had to be replaced..so I added a TV go my lease, well they deliver everything and forget the tv remote. They say “we are coming right back” I’ve been stuck at home since 11am for a 4 hour delivery window.. here I am stuck again awaiting a remote for the tv. Honestly I’m over it already."
