"I understand not taking all items but the rudeness! The items were nearly delivered in a large bag, all folded in care THEN when I went to pick up they were just tossed in like garbage. When I mentioned it to the sales clerk she decided to get quite snarky rather than to take the feedback. Bless your little heart to the tall girl behind the register that assisted me with your rudeness UPDATE In response to you THE BUSINESS OWNERS REVIEW…. Now this is exactly why she spoke to me in this manner. When the management doesn’t understand customer interaction then surely the staff won’t. So you stroked her ego in being rude by replying the way you did and also tried to be SNARKY in your “meticulous” remark. I didn’t ask for meticulous (Your store is hardly in that state) I asked if items are returned in the same manner they are given. Update to all your clients and just tell them to toss em in a bag like french fries when bringing in next time."
