"We had our primary closet finished by Jack at Closet Connection a few months ago and I needed to come write a review because I am still so I'm love with the final result. First, Jack is super professional, reliable and quick. Second, his quote and final was quite a bit lower than anyone else-- but for better/ equal results. His initial design was great and very insightful, but we made a few tweaks which he happily adjusted. Then, a couple days later, I had another idea for some more adjustments to suit our use better and he quickly made those adjustments as well. So, super easy to work with. Finally, from quote to install was quick, efficient and really top-notch. I wasn't home for the actual install, but beyond being noisy for my WFH spouse (totally expected), they were in and out without issue! Now, here, a few months later and I'm just as in love as ever-- and the reason why I HAD to come make a review is because my favorite parts of my closet are those that Jack insightfully suggested.
