"I recently had blood drawn at Envision Imaging of Plano prior to having an MRI done with contrast. All of the staff was friendly, professional, and prompt. The phlebotomist, who is from Ghana, was very good. I barely felt a thing! One thing to mention is that the patient should be told something along the lines of... this process will be a LOT louder than other MRIs you've had done previously so they won't be startled once it begins."

"Very poor experience. I have literally never written a google review. My experience was bad enough for me to write my first one. The ultrasound technician was rude and condescending. She treated me as though I was wasting her time and my answers to her question were useless. She did not give me an appropriate amount of time to identify the area of concern. Even telling me to stop looking. I fear she may have missed the problem area entirely and I wasted my time and money. I will not be returning and would encourage others to pick a place that will take your appointment seriously."
