"Worst lab work experience I've had. The tech doesn't understand what basic lab orders are or how to code them. She called my doctor and made a fuss, and when I tried to explain them or ask to skip that particular test, she yelled at me about her picky boss and following procedures. She clearly doesn't know what she doesn't know, and won't be told anything else."
"Left work early at 4:30pm since their closing time is at 5pm per Google and the sign on their door. I made it there at 4:45, took 5 minutes to log myself in and have a seat only for them to come right out and tell me that they stop taking patients at 4:40, otherwise, they would never be able to go home. I was the ONLY person there they could have easily taken me in IF they wanted too. If you are gonna stop taking patients at 4:40, then do not say you close at 5, say you close at 4:40. I wasted time and money because you didn't want to do YOUR job. I am VERY upset."
"Absolutely TERRIBLE, inhospitable, unhelpful, rude. Long wait. I needed to change an appointment date and went in to do so in person, rather than to deal with their “automated” phone system. I need not have bothered! After waiting for thirty minutes, I finally got a rude person to provide me a phone number, which was an 800 number, and finally got through to an agent…in Florida! Never again! I just advised my Dr’s office that I will NOT go to any Quest lab, ever! Never!"
"I would like to give this business 0 starz this is a honest review from the time I walked in to do a drug screening the head man was absolutely RUDE he made me urine twice b/c he stated it was not enough to test so I had to wait a whole hour before I could use the restroom again he made me wait in the back with 1 cup of water he then said he was going to put refused on my screening b/c I could not use it again this by far worst experience I have ever had getting a drug test done I do not recommend going here the one on (Josey Ln) is much better. This place is racism as hell nobody said hi or anything everybody was taking there lunch at 12pm and he was on his phone the entire time"
"This was a very unwelcoming setup/entrance/waiting space. No one to greet you just an iPad to sign in on. All staff are behind a wall that is inaccessible to patients. The staff are very friendly but the locations design is very impersonal and off-putting."
