"This place is an absolute dumpster fire. The rooms were dirty and the doors don't unlock 95% of the time. No water pressure in showers or sinks. Staff was less than helpful genuinely didn't care. The staff were using their lobby area to store junk. The sit down for the lobby while someone waits for service was the back seat bench out of a car. Pool area was nasty and pool itself was full of leaves and algae. The only good thing about this place were the stores and restaurants around it that gave you options to get away from the hotel. Hated this place. It was disgusting."

"In this hotel we were able to have a good rest and gain strength before a long journey. We liked everything. I especially liked the human attitude and kindness of the hotel owners. We indicated the wrong arrival date in the application, so we paid again in cash at the hotel, the owners immediately returned the money to us for a non-refundable reservation. this is very decent. I appreciate it. My recommendation is to check into this hotel, it’s very quiet at night and Whataburger is 10 meters away) Gentlemen, why do you write such reviews? We lived here as a family and everything was fine, both with the smell and the cleanliness of the linen. I'm surprised that some people expect Sheraton luxury in this more than affordable hotel."

"Do not go here. Just don't. No refund even if you run disgusted from your "almost cleaned room". Huge holes, unidentified stains on bedding. Hell no I won't try another room. You want to insist that my dog is $5 extra after I paid upfront, fine, but I would like to insist on not wanting to throw up at the place I booked for me,, two kids,, and a very nice dog.."

"It was hard finding a hotel last minute, due to a family personal matter, but they were very polite, very affordable prices, and the room we were in was not only clean, they had clean sheets!!! It smelled really nice, I really loved it."

"I stayed there with my 2 kids, great location, but 1.- this time there was no hot water in the shower in the morning, 2.- i found two spiders in the sink, 3.-the bedspread and the sheets are way too thin, 4.-the towels are not enough(just 2 and had to ask for more) and they look really old and grayish 5.- not daily housekeeping 6.- old and broken furniture in the room. I think you can do better."
