"Terrible service, we extended our stay through Booking, but the administrator did not find our reservation, in the end we had to move out, but in the two hours that the administrator found out the information, we had to pay $50 for late check-out. The room was very dark, the floor was dirty, our socks became dirty after being in the room"

"Unexpected 100 deposit when checking in had no prior notice. My brother checked in 10 minutes after me charged 40 deposit. Still waiting on my 100 deposit after speaking with office I was told I left stuff, which is a lie because I even went to dollar store bought fabulouso, mop, broom, and plunger due to a smell and stopped up toilet when I first got there. THEY ARE SCAMMING PPL OUT OF DEPOSIT. Make sure to pay cash so you get deposit back as soon as you check out, if you do decide to stay here."
