"Rooms were spacious and clean. However, service was awful. Whoever was in charge of breakfast on the weekend of February 3rd should be disciplined somehow. No food since 7am. A crowd of people would appear for breakfast service and this person would just peek out of the door, see the mess and go back to do God know what. It wasn't until there were tens of people standing up eating nothing more than toast and water that she suddenly felt it was time to prepare another batch of eggs and bring a meager 6 yoghurts into the freezer. Total disrespect and disregard for the guests. Wouldn't recommend, it felt cheap as hell."

"Check-in was quick and the associate was sweet. The lobby is small as well as the breakfast area. There's a small pool but it was too cold outside. Pros: The room we had was extremely spacious, set up like a nice little apartment almost. While the breakfast area is extremely small, breakfast was good and food was hot. Coffee, cereal, Belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels and toast were available. Cons: Unfortunately we had two baby roaches come out while we were there. The bed was uncomfortable for both my child and I. The room (307) shouldn't have been rented out as the bathroom has black mold on the ceiling, wallpaper is peeling behind the toilet leaving more mold growth. The water pressure was very low. Caulking was retched. We only had two towels, one very small and one bigger and one washcloth."
"Good location. Comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Our only dislike was that this hotel cleans rooms only every 3 days and when we got service on the third day, all they did was drop off fresh towels; would have liked the bed remade, bathroom cleaned, and wastebaskets emptied. In fairness, the hotel staff was very willing to provide towels and supplies upon request."
