"Very comfortable place to live, I've never had any issues with any neighbor or any of the staff. I have always enjoyed the fact that its always nice and clean. The manager (Mark) is always available for any issues and will respond to any problem on the spot. I had a broken PVC pipe at 4 in the morning and Mark was there to save the day. Helped me with his tools and coupling i needed. Im glad i chose the right MHP after moving my mobile home from very bad mobile parks."

"RV park quaint and quiet. The manager seems a bit out of control tho, he was drunk and yelling at some of my friends that are renting a lot from him. Seems to be grumpy and controlling. Other than him I'd say it was a pleasant little spot for my friends to temporarily call home"
"Mark and his wife were extremely kind to us. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. We’re bikepacking and found our oasis after trudging across the city. In a good location with anything you could need nearby. Thank you!"
