Super 8 by Wyndham El Paso Airport

"First room was still dirty from previous tenant. Crumbs and spills with a refrigerator that doesn’t work. Second room we got was just as filthy with a huge stain on bed being the first sight seen entering room. Along with other filth from another previous tenant. Asked for a refund for my 5 night stay which they said wait for a manager who never showed and never reached out after trying to contact him. This hotel buys their reviews. Do not be fooled, this place is an absolute dump ran by incompetent thieves."

"First of all the breakfast was amazing. It was a fully loaded, hot breakfast pancakes, eggs, bacon, waffles, milk, cereal, sausage biscuits, and gravy. It was just so amazing. They got me a shuttle to and from my location everything has been a breeze. I really appreciate this location. I definitely will recommend it to others and I will be coming back here next time. I’m in El Paso. Thank you so much. God bless you"

"You get what you pay for! Look at the tone-deaf response to this review from the hotel. Absolutely ridiculous. I came to El Paso to bury my father's remains. I accidentally left my headphones plugged in at the bedside lamp. Called the front desk to ask about the return of the headphones, but the person said nobody had turned them in and the room was already occupied. That means that the cleaning crew doesn't thoroughly clean (they didn't see the headphones) or the cleaning crew are thieves. Oh well The room appeared clean but smelled like a dog had just given birth (if you know that smell, you know exactly what I mean) Service was below basic. Once the person arrived at the front desk, they were helpful, but you have to wait a while for somebody to get to you. Additionally, there were two strange men in masks just hanging out in the lobby both times I was in the lobby several hours apart. If they work there, they really should be wearing some signifier of that. The breakfast was cereal or cold biscuits and gravy. The location is close to the airport and some shops."

"DISHONEST DIVE, stay FAR, far away!! The room floor hadn’t been cleaned in months, and the tub drain vent cap was missing, disgusting! Only 1 bath towel, which was more of a rag than anything! The room was very dingy and worn, and the property did not feel safe at all! These people have ZERO integrity, all they want is your money, nothing more! We had to check out early due to a family emergency, yet these people had the gall to charge us for the whole stay, in effect stealing from us!! When I called the manager, he was rude and nasty and didn’t resolve anything!! This place is the quintessential stereotype of a nasty dive whose people have only one interest in mind, maximizing profits while running a completely DISHONEST business with ZERO integrity whatsoever!! Again, STAY FAR, FAR away, I can’t emphasize this more!!!!"

"Don’t get fooled by the high ratings like I did! These pictures are old and the truth is it’s been one of the worst experiences for myself. The staff was kind and worked with us but my problems at this location was the fact that it’s dirty around the building with plastic bags containing personal clothes, our neighbors (upstairs and sideways) kept making noises throughout the whole night, people would walk outside our room talking loudly during the middle of the night, our beds is about 10” years old that creeks with every moment and sinks you in, our shower didn’t work but with the help of the staff they fixed it and got it going. I should also add that it’s next to the highway and we could still hear the movement of it even though we were at the very last building. The breakfast was fine but I’d like to share this for others to not get mistaken by their 4 star review"
