"Stayed here multiple times throughout our time at the NICU in El Paso. One room was dirty but staff changed room. Other rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall for comparable hotels around area 5/5"

"Great room for a great price. Large suite with a full kitchenette. Good location by the airport and Fort Bliss. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Good coffee and healthy grab and go breakfast featuring oatmeal and granola bars. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in El Paso"

"At the end of December I hosted my wife in this hotel. They asked her for a 100 USD deposit in case there was any damage, she delivered the room in order, everything was just as they received it. The people at the hotel took her information and told her that they were going to return the money by mail... the money never arrived. We called many times and everything remained in promises... We felt cheated, we have 4 witnesses of that incident."

"The rooms were ok but they did not provide breakfast. I didn't expect to get breakfast at this price range. They can clearly mention that "we do not provide breakfast" instead of mentioning that "breakfast is included". They had some granola bars with black coffee as breakfast. If you must stay near the airport and are looking for an affordable place to spend the night, this place can be considered."

"1 nighter, NEVER again. First off not a great area. Second, the entire room smelt like smoke and it was a non-smoking room. The bathroom smelled the worst. Third, there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, how maintenance missed that is beyond me. My husband took it down so we could have a proper detector. Fourth, most of the bathroom towels were nasty and didn't look washed. Fifth, the kitchen had zero dishes, the cabinets were empty, even though there was a sign on the counter stating what the kitchen should have had. Sixth, the "breakfast" was a joke and consisted of watered down coffee and a granola bar. The one thing I appreciated about our stay was the semi blocked off kitchen area to put the kids pack and play so they couldn't see us while we slept. Would we stay here again, NO. Do not recommend."
