"Very nice hotel and great service when we checked in. We ordered some wings from the restaurant there, 6 for $25!!! They were very good, just not the cheapest. There is a spa I never got to visit and also a rooftop pool. Our room was a corner room, so we got a couple good views of the city. We paid for valet parking and had security watch our truck all night, definitely worth paying $30. The only thing this hotel was missing was a hot tub!!! #hotel #pool #spa #restaurant"
"Beautiful hotel, we were upgraded to a studio and it was very nice. The room was clean and hotel services were good. Hotel has a decent gym and overall beautiful decor. Location is amazing! Walking distance from many downtown eateries and coffee shops!"
"We went here with friends to take wedding photos and they came out beautiful! The hotel is so nice every corner was amazing for photos. The hotel is quiet and it was super easy to get some photos without anyone in the background. The hotel is highly recommend"
"The entire weekend, there was basically no internet or TV. I asked twice for our phone to be fixed and it never was. The room was so hot we couldn't sleep under the covers (also asked to have it fixed or move rooms but I was told all the rooms were like this. We have over 20 rooms booked this weekend for an event and I heard a lot of opposite stories about the Temps in the room). The key card reader in the elevators worked Maybe 25% of the time. Besides those issues, the hotel is very nice. The cigar lounge was a surprised added bonus. There are a lot of great things in the immediate vicinity that you can walk to. The catered food was really good!"
"New favorite hotel in El Paso! The lobby and the ceiling is designed where it feels like you're in Europe. Very elegant and a great hotel to dress up (if you're feeling it). The rooftop bar is a great place for a party. Overall, very impressed. Beds were very comfortable - they didn't go with the cheap mattresses. Excellent hotel to relax, kick back, enjoy some music and feel special."
