"Bad service. Dirty. Loud. Falling apart. Not safe. Poorly managed. Mercedes at front desk does the best she can with what she has to work with. Keep driving... stay elsewhere..."
"Motel was noisy, dirty, very poorly maintained, and expensive. I did not feel safe at this motel. Kitchen ceiling collapsed due to unrepaired long term water leak. Essential items in multiple rooms either broken or missing. Missing curtains, flickering lights, TV stopped working during stay. Toaster inoperative, waist-disposal electrical fault, very few to no kitchen utensils, plates, or cooking supplies. Toilet not secured to floor, no towel replacement, no hair shampoo / conditioner. Air-conditioner loud, bed uncomfortable, floors dirty. No room servicing. No breakfast option. Motel isolated from public services. Was charged for services not received, and furthermore charged for checking out early due to the motels shortcomings."
"All the hallway floors were sticky not very clean towels were not clean .... If you're on a budget it works . I don't know why they bother carpeting these types of rooms they should just put some kind of hard wood or prefab for so at least you don't feel like Lord knows what's in the carpets there's also an armchair in the room and it's so dirty . Also the bathroom has like 1LED light that's like 5K or 5000 Calvin's so it just looks like terrible in there but light by the mirror doesn't work . Spend a little more money and to stay at the Hampton inn ."
"Omg where do I start…. Oh, I know where ; MERCEDES at the front desk !!! She was so good. She’s exactly who you’d want to have check you in after long stressful day. She kept me laughing. And was very sweet and professional. I’ve been here three times in 2 month with my man and two times I didn’t like the rude old lady but this time Mercedes was someone I loved at a front desk. Kudos to her. You is what this place needed love ."
"I've never been to one this great. They had great service! The rooms were super clean and really big. They served a continental breakfast in the morning that was actually really good. The staff was very friendly."
