"They are very nice a friendly managers owners and everyone is pretty chill and keeps to themselves and there's hardly any cops the rooms are just a little bit dirty yuhr just having to dust but besides that everything else is good"

"Water that smells like eggs, roaches, broken chairs, clogged toilets and sinks, lots of broken windows and doors. Beds are comfy. Can't expect much for 450 a week I guess."
