"Deserves 1 star. Not sure how theyve managed to keep 4. Room smells like piss. Stains everywhere. Staff deserves more stars."

"I booked this hotel specifically because they had an indoor pool. There were NO signs anywhere, even on the pool doors stating it was closed. I asked the staff to open the door like it says to and the lady(who was very sweet btw) tells me that pool is closed, it's freezing, (why have an indoor pool that can't be used in winter anyway because it's still cold)and the hot tub doesn't work either because the pipes are busted. I wish this had been stated before booking because we would have gone somewhere else. The staff being polite and helpful was about the only good thing going for this place, there were no towels in our room at all but the guy at the front desk got us several when I asked. The beds are okay, and the heater works. Breakfast was standard, but mostly cold by the time we got to it at 9 but I figured we could just warm it up since there's a microwave... then I opened the microwave and it's literally rusting inside And definitely needs to be thrown away. We won't be staying here again. Staff is nice, but the place needs serious updates."

"Room is clean freshly painted good size, sink is outside the bathroom, they're having chili and cornbread tonight red beans and rice for dinner tomorrow, snacks lemon water hot chocolate popcorn all day, hot breakfast in the morning. BBQ area hot tub but I guess the pools really cold. All in all great place, truck parking for a couple trucks by the frontage road in front and there's street parking in back. Walmart, dollar store, restaurants all right here. Great place if your here for work or Vaca. Staff is really nice and helpful."

"Found so many different bug about 5 different types and I was on the second floor. And even for a smoking room that was gross. There was the shelf for the refrigerator under the mattress. A plastic fork between the night stand and the bed. TV sucks. The elevator is sketchy."

"The hotel was surprisingly nice. I had to be at a road under construction. We have been using another hotel (sleep inn) that wasn't as good. Damp, kinda smelly, questionably clean towels and linens, etc. TxDOT only gives us $100 for the hotel, and that hotel happened to be more then that when I went. We chose this hotel because it was within our budget, and I honestly thought it would have been worse. I was pleasantly surprised to find it much cleaner and even had a kitchen for extended stays."
