"This place needs to be shut down I stayed a few months and the room flooded they said they would give me another but after weeks with water and continuous follow ups they still continued to charge me and asking me why I didn't come find them sooner."

"It's a lousy place to stay, but mostly because they haven't fumigated and I found cockroaches everywhere in the room, even in my bed. The service is not the best because I had to wait 2 hours after arriving for my bed to be fixed and also when I arrived at the lobby supposedly I had not made any reservation and I had to show the payment record and confirmation of the reservation so that I They will let you in waiting for more than 1 additional hour. I would definitely not go back to this place and I don't recommend it until they improve the cleanliness and have to fumigate and also improve the service."
"I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived at the place around 9 pm, they tell me they have no more room in a non-smoking room. As an alternative they offer me a room in the hotel across the street (Home Town Studios Midland) which is owned by the same owner according to this person (Maria). It turned out to be a horrible room full of cockroaches (see review and photos of this hotel). The next morning (8am) I went to complain about the room I slept in, and found out that they didn't serve breakfast either (although it was listed on the website as included). I asked for a refund, even a partial one, because now I would have to spend on breakfast, but she told me that only the manager could authorize that, and that she was not there. When I asked her to call her, she made a couple of calls that I thought were fake, and they took my phone number and told me they were going to call me back. Obviously they never did. Never stay at this hotel, it must be as horrible if not more horrible than the one I stayed at."
