"The hotel rooms are nice, but the flooring is terrible as it allows for noise to travel from the rooms above and around. However, the hotel is conveniently located in a great spot, and although traffic can be quite heavy, it's nothing one can't plan for. Overall, the hotel is decent, and while it may not be my top choice when staying in Midland, I won't hesitate to stay there again."
"Great location and service but the walls are thin and they allow people to use the grill area until 2am blaring dance music. All for a good time but the hotel should enforce a noise policy by midnight. The shower needs to be scrubbed as the floor was brownish (supposed to be white). Tye bed and sheets are great! Due to the noise and only getting a few hours of sleep- not sure I’ll be back."
"This hotel is modern and colorful. Checking was smooth but once we got into the room I noticed no coffee maker or microwave..fine there was coffee, drinks and snacks in the lobby. Come morning time I could hear housekeeping knocking on doors to clean the rooms. Why? Checkout is at 12. So if you stay here make sure you put that do not disturb sign on your door bc they will wake you up to clean your room. To be a Hilton based hotel I've stayed in better motels that provide everything you need in the room and they didn't harass you in the mornings before checkout time. Side note: I stay in 1000s of hotels every year. So I was not impressed with this one, probably will not book a Tru hotel by Hilton again."
"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times while visiting Midland for work. Decent rooms and prices. The tv selection though is a bit bittersweet. Maybe add some premium channels since there isn’t much to do in Midland that may help or even the ability to hook up streaming services. I usually stay at this location when I have to go in between Midland and Odessa. Definitely newer inside and the service is nice. No microwave in the room which I think is odd but there is a small fridge in the room."
"Room was small but fine if you're just stopping overnight to get some sleep. No microwaves or coffee maker, but there is a small refrigerator. The shower wasn't clean and there was hair left from the last guest stuck to the wall, but other than that I guess it was ok"
