"We had a really great experience with Inspired Closets of San Antonio, and specifically with Joann, as our designer. We're an ordinary family with ordinary stuff, with a pretty ordinary house. Joann helped us find extraordinary storage solutions to organize our things. We had Joann design 2 closets, a pantry, an entry way, and a utility room for us. From start to finish, Joann made the process simple. She really listened to what we needed, and she offered helpful solutions along the way. When my husband had a number of questions, she met with us after hours so that he could meet outside of his work hours, and showed us her prospective drafts in a 3D rendering. When the installation crew came to install our closets, they were professional, courteous, organized, and very clean. We absolutely loved our experience, and are really enjoying our new spaces. In fact, having custom closets done is a little addictive! We're already planning out the next closet we're hoping Joann can help us with. I'd highly recommend her as well as Inspired Closets."

"I had appointments with three different closet design companies. My first appointment was with California Closets. They sent a representative that took 3 hours to measure my closet. I had to ask her to leave because it was becoming intrusive. My second appointment was with Inspired Closets. Alyssa showed up on time with a huge smile on her face. She was so pleasant and personable . The first thing she asked me after seeing and measuring my closet was “What is your budget? I will strive to stay within the range.” Alyssa completed her task within 45 minutes of her visit (10 minutes of that was her and I just shooting the breeze in conversation). She told me she would contact me that Thursday to see the rendering of the closet. She texted me Tuesday and said she was ready and I could drop by. The office location was set up so professional with closet replicas on display. The minute she pulled up my 3D closet, I was in love. We picked the hardware and made very minor changes to the sketch because she designed it so well based on my personality. All the while keeping the price within my budget. I had some renovations that were taking place, so with a small 25% deposit I was able to hold my spot and schedule my installation once my renovation was complete. I called Alyssa three weeks later to schedule installation and she called me back with a two week delivery date. What was delivered and installed was beyond breathtaking. It’s a dream closet that allows me to see all my clothes aesthetically organized and my shoes exposed in its beauty. Alyssa, has been such and angel blessing me with ideas to enhance the look I was going for. She constantly kept me abreast of updates and items on sale that I may need for my drawers as dividers. I can’t wait to recommend her to someone for a new closet. I also have her number in my phone just so we can talk. The day I met her she seemed like a cousin in the family. She is a jewel to work with and I pray and wish her much success in this business. My third appoint was with Closets by Design. I cancelled!"

But now, thanks to Alyssa’s expert design, we finally have a closet we love! I am enjoying the bench, and my husband loves the soft close drawers and multiple racks for his ties and belts.
