"Visited the WS on Basse rd. We bought more stuff than we anticipated. Apparently the worker stuffed one bag with everything we bought. Luckily the bag did not tear. I had to carry it from the bottom. It was also heavy. Moral of post, ask them to use multiple bags to have others help you."

"Traffic/parking at this location AWEFULL leading up to Thanksgiving. Store itself is spacious and is well stocked with ample a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Prices are always high. I expect that and wait for a sale to buy most of the time. I love this store."
"Ultimately, I got the coffee machine I wanted, but I just want to let everyone know staff here are rude. I went to go buy the De longhi true brew and I was standing by the cash register and the lady there 4:26 PM on 11 1623 was rude did not even acknowledge me until one of her managers was nearby. I was trying to just go in and get out since I already knew what I wanted. Ultimately, I just want to identify that if your appearances are not rich looking or up to staffs par , guess they’re not gonna help you. I felt like I was either racial profile or if they just thought I didn’t have money to spend."
"Having been stationed overseas the last five years, one of the things I really missed was visiting our local Williams-Sonoma… So imagine my delight when one opened just down the road from me. Absolutely gorgeous store in a super convenient location next to Whole Foods in Alamo Quarry, beautiful displays of Staub, Mauviel, NordicWare and seasonal products. I love the fact they have a public restroom in the store as some of the shops at the quarry do not. Super helpful staff, can’t wait to attend some cooking demos soon!"
