"Nice, well lit, nicely staged and organized furniture and household items. Big enough for lots of strolling and window shopping but cozy enough not to feel like you're in a warehouse and thankfully, musty, old odors or poorly kept sales floor. Prices definitely higher than the average Goodwill but you're getting higher quality, clean options. Ladies all seem courteous and not at all pushy...they have their hands full with all of their paying customers and incoming merchandise for consignment. I have consigned with them and appreciate the monthly update to balances that you can look up online."

"Beautiful things but the customer contact could be improved. Speak gently when greeting EVERY customer. Tone as well as CHOICE of WORDS can sell more items and bring more customers (paying customers) to the store. Lovely lovely items!"

"We go there frequently. Mostly good experience, but it was 4 30 pm and one of the staff was trying to get us out of there asap. She said we don't have help. So we loaded all our stuff ourselves. Another staff was very helpful hence more than made up for the sour experience"

"I contacted the store to consign some furniture and was told to email pictures to the manager, which I did with measurements. The staff member I talked to was very friendly and polite, but each time I called to check about the email, I was told the person I needed to talk to was busy and to call back. I finally decided to go in person and browsed around until the manager (owner?) was available. In the end, the manager was rather dismissive and said they couldn't take any of the items because they were "all full". Fine, I thought. Fair enough, But, why didn't they just tell me that from the beginning instead of having me jump through a bunch of hoops, taking pictures, sending emails, making calls and wasting my time? They have some cute items and I had picked out something to buy, but after the way I was treated as a potential consigner I changed my mind and left without purchasing anything. I'm in the process of buying a new house and had thought about coming back after I move to look for furniture, and although the staff was friendly and welcoming, this experience with the manager created a bad first impression. I don't plan to visit the store again, especially considering I can get brand new items at Home Goods and At Home that are about the same price."

"Bought king bed set. When I picked up was told box spring was not included. Suggested they advertise this and was mocked by sales representative. Also found no supports available for bed frame. Asked where the supports were for bed frame and was told they were not included. There were defiantly supports when I purchased as I sat on it without it collapsing. Was repeatedly mocked and ridiculed by sales representative telling me the supports were not necessary and/or not included. Very clear that they misplaced them but were unwilling to admit it or work to rectify the situation. Requested a refund but was told that all sales were final. Absolutely, hands down, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve bought 7-10k of furniture here previously. Apparently a change in management with complete disregard for customer service. Never again - buyer beware."
