"We were looking for backsplash tile to complement existing tile. Sheila was extremely instrumental in helping us select tile and create a visual design for the area. She was very pleasant and willing to help. Eric also helped in this process. Retrieved assorted products to help in the design process and then cleaned up the tile layout mess we made. He located the grout and thin set we needed and transported our cart to checkout - very heavy for senior adult. He was gracious enough to load the product in our vehicle. Both Sheila and Eric provided excellent customer service. Very happy with our visit to store 287!"
"Amazing customer service. Mark the manager was very helpful. We purchased some tile and noticed that it went on clearance. He honored the price match for us quickly and refunded us the difference. We usually go to the Webster area to purchase our items, but will now continue using the Pearland location. Extremely happy that we stopped by!"
