"What a disappointment, for starters a simple onesie is 3.50 which can be bought new for that price. Didn’t feel like a lot of things were worth the trip to the store. Also, as I was trying to look for clothes, one of the employees was on the isle with a big cart and wouldn’t move out of the way or even acknowledge the fact that I was trying to look for clothes, then moved me out of the way so she could continue doing what she was doing. So rude, I’m very disappointed"
"The selection for boys are the bare minimum. The girls have a wide variety of selection. My problem with this particular store is customer service, train your workers how to speak to customers when entering the store. Train your workers to a knowledge customers while they are in the store and ready to check -out.... It is easy for people to walk -out... As for me it will not be next time. I watched several workers failed to acknowledge me another customer at the counter."
"I get almost everything for the baby at resale shops at this point. He is getting so big so fast…. I found a really nice activity toy block that is handmade and hand painted from hardwood that was in the discount section. The baby loves it and climbs up to play in the Montessori tower we have. 15$ in the back. Idk why no one wanted it. My dad did woodworking as a hobby for a while and said it was a quality piece. It had one small crack in it. Very sturdy and durabl"
"This was my first time shopping at this location, I live near the Webster location so that’s where I typically shop but this location will now be my go to. It is so clean, organized and the staff were very friendly. Webster location could seriously take some tips from these guys, especially the friendliness part.Only issue I had was I will need to pay more attention to what I purchase as I didn’t realize I had grabbed 2 damaged shirts which is frustrating."
"Came here because my wife heard of this place. I was quite impressed with the store. For one that sells (gently) used material, you wouldn't say so. Everything looks new. The store is very organized. You'll find stuff for kids from Newborn to Age 8. Clothes are the main things they sell but they also have strollers, car seats, pack n plays, toys, books, etc. The owner Julie as well as the entire staff are very friendly and welcoming. They make it a point to check in on you and help."
