"So I'm not actually a J's customer. Just a resident at the apartments surrounding the town center. It's incredible that they rented the pavillion to have a party, that's twice as loud as any of the music festivals that have been there. Typically I like to sit on the balcony and watch the crowds and come roam around a little during the festival. When I don't want to hear it, I can close my balcony door and am unable to hear what's going on outside over the TV. What's going on right now is about 15 people outside playing music louder than has ever been played in the town center before. It's very inconsiderate and VERY unprofessional."
