"The sales associate told me I could finance a couch with a 675 credit score . I have a 680. In the middle of the application, my husband texted me saying he didn’t like the couch. So I told the sales associate to cancel the application. ( we were in the middle of it and he hadn’t finished) I come home and got a notification on my phone that my credit score had lowered because of the inquiry. Why??? If my score was above the standard and cancelled before the application was submitted? I feel SCAMMED , LIED TO, and NEVER EVER want to shop there again. (Insert profanity here)"
"I recently visit Tx fine furniture store in San Antonio Texas in hopes of purchasing a very special Christmas gift. As soon as I went it the employees were super helpful and friendly. I checked out the showroom and got an idea of what I was looking for. As soon as I had a good idea of what I was looking, the manager of the store Mike showed me a larger selection of bookshelves I had in mind. Different designs, colors, sizes, and made made my experience so much easier and special. They even got it delivered and set up before Christmas for FREE!!!! Great customer service and just a great all around experience! Thanks again."
