"I have stopped visiting any Kirklands as of yesterday. Every single time I have went into any of these stores. Soon as I step into the store my nose starts to severely burn. Due to the massive amount of scent packets. It gives me a massive headache for half of the day. I'm not the only person that has this problem. I don't know how Kirklands as a company doesn't see how the amount of packets they allow in the stores can't be offensive to customers. Also, the employees T this location doesnt seem to appreciate someone coming in the store anyway. Its pretty obvious when i cant be eknowledged. I hope you enjoy loosing another customer."
